We started LH&H Plumbing because we noticed a change in our field of plumbing. Companies are no longer in it for the customers and the relationship but for the money and the sales. We do not condone this business model; we believe in understanding the needs of our customers and don’t try to upsell or overcharging. 

This is one of the reasons our technicians are not commission-based. We are an honest business, and we wake up every morning ready to take care of plumbing problems, one customer at a time.

Lisa Fulginiti has worked for four large plumbing companies in her career and they all took great pride in her knowledge and care for the trade. She has helped prevent many people from falling victim to double talk and took her time in re-evaluating other companies’ estimates.

Lisa makes it a priority to explain what is happening for a repair and all of the options available to you. It is not just about the sale for her. Lisa’s husband, Horacio Herrera, is a Master Plumber (Plumber License #40121). He has been in the plumbing industry for years and has worked side by side with her at two of the largest plumbing companies in Houston, Texas. He has the same belief as she does: there is only one way and that is the honest way!
